    Hey,

    Looks like for some reason the application has become corrupt. Do you get any error messages? What do you mean by popup?

    Try the standalone client: http://www.funchatcam.com/download/client/funchat%20client.exe this can be saved and run from anywhere.

    The limit has now been raised. Now, as before, you can open a maximum of 100 webcams.

    We found an issue in the server configuration which was potentially causing issues when we had ~80 users in chat across all servers.

    I’m monitoring the situation, but please if you notice similar issues, please let me know.

    If possible can you add an exception to your antivirus, I believe its somehow blocking the download.

    First of all, I’m sorry that you’re having issues, can i please confirm what Operating system & version you are running?

    A good thing to check is that you have all windows updates installed.

    What antivirus software do you use?

    Thanks for the updates Stars. It’s an odd issue, I run Windows 7 64bit with no such issues.

    I’ll do some testing my end, but please let me know if these problems continue.

    Hi stars62,

    Sorry that you are having issues, I would recommend uninstalling your current Camfrogweb activex software and then reboot.

    The Funchatcam client then should install it again when you next enter chat.
