Pro memberships are not current

Hi Satch.  I bought Babyface and Skokiee both pro memberships for a year each.  Recently, both accounts are not giving them the pro membership benefits that they are due.  Their names in room are showing non-pro status and they are unable to open multiple cams but their profiles show that they are pros.  Do you have any idea why this is happening and can it be fixed?  I bought the memberships around April of 2016.  Thank you.

Apologies for this – should all be fixed now.
Set both to to expire in a years time.
