Cameras won't load

For the last two weeks.. i noticed it took longer to load into chat.

then my camera comes up grey scaled on top black on bottom.

if other cams load they are the same the rest won’t load up.

i tried a lot of different things on my end but nothing seems to help.

im all updated on vid card and windows updates..

 

can’t figure it out any clue……
